Before joining Madsen Mechanical, I managed small business operations and worked closely with customers every day.

I'm also a mom who has spent years running a busy household, so I know what it's like when the furnace quits on a cold night or the AC goes out in July with kids at home. It's stressful, and I keep that in mind every time I answer the phone.

My job is to make working with Madsen Mechanical easy. I handle estimates and invoicing, keep you updated on your job from scheduling to completion, and make sure you know what to expect at every step.

I also look after our team. A team that feels supported takes better care of our customers.

My career has been in technology sales and leadership. For more than 20 years, I've built and led sales teams at the director and VP level, at an early-stage startup, a fast-growing company, and a global household brand. I've seen what makes businesses succeed over the long run, and where they can stumble.

As part of the family that owns Madsen Mechanical, I've watched this company grow through word of mouth, because it does honest work and treats people right. Joining the business was a chance to put my experience to work to help people in a different way. Our field technicians and office team already do great work. My role is to add a set of skills that supports them and helps the company grow.

I focus on long-term strategy, financial stability, and building strong relationships with our commercial and residential clients.

My job is to make sure Madsen Mechanical stays stable, keeps its standards high, and is still here to take care of you for many years to come.
